All items are handmade in Portland, Oregon in a pet free, smoke free studio.
We use eco friendly and organic materials when possible.
Orders start production after payment has been received.
Please note individual production timelines, all items made to order unless otherwise noted. Orders ship using priority mail (2-3 days domestic, 6-10 days international), once complete. We can sometimes get items completed and shipped sooner if you are in a rush. Please convo us if you need your items sooner than the production times listed.
We ship using USPS with delivering confirmation to the shipping address provided on your order. Insurance is included at no additional cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that we are unable to anticipate customs dues/taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer, and may be charged on top of what you have paid for shipping. Changing the value of an item to avoid these fees is against the law.
We are happy to include a card if you are sending this as a gift. Let us know what you would like to have the card read in the note section of your checkout. We do not include invoices with shipments, unless otherwise requested.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Happy customers are number one in our book. All items in my store are handmade, and therefor may vary slightly. If there is a mistake with your order, or a defect in the craftsmanship-contact me right away and I will correct the problem through replacement, repair, or partial refund applicable. Please note that I am not able to accept returns on used items. Customers are responsible for return shipments, or reshipment on incorrect addresses.
We include insurance on items, with no additional charge to you. If an item is lost or stolen, we would issue a claim to the postal service.
If a shipment is returned because it is unclaimed, not deliverable as addressed, or refused-we can refund you the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping.
Cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of sale.
